Repsol and Amazon have announced the launch of a new service for Amazon customers to make returns at Repsol service stations in Spain. This service, already available at more than 700 sites and set to expand in the coming months, is pioneering in Europe and aims to facilitate the returns process for customers.

The new return service leverages the infrastructure of Repsol service stations, which already have Amazon Lockers for package pickup in most locations. With this launch, Repsol and Amazon aim to enhance the shopping experience by offering easy access and extended hours at the service stations.

“This new Amazon returns service allows us to continue expanding the reasons why customers visit us. Additionally, it strengthens the positioning of our service stations as strategic points for citizens in their daily lives,” said Jorge Escuín, Director of Strategy and Business Development for Mobility at Repsol.

Amazon customers need to access their orders on the Amazon.es app or website, select the Repsol station option as the return point, and obtain a QR code that they must present at the station.

This service will also cover areas far from urban centers to enhance customer experience. Repsol continues to evolve its business model at service stations, offering a wide variety of energy options for mobility and services that add value to customers through innovative partnerships.
